About Delhi
Delhi, the capital city of the Republic of India, is one of the country’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas. Spread along the western banks of the River Yamuna, the city seamlessly blends a rich historical heritage with a vibrant modern culture. Delhi is home to some of India’s finest museums, grand monuments, bustling markets, and leafy avenues.

New Delhi, designed by the renowned British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869–1944), serves as the administrative heart of the country with its broad tree-lined boulevards and stately buildings. According to legend, the city was originally established by the Pandavas, the legendary heroes of the epic Mahabharata, as Indraprastha around 1200 B.C. Present-day Delhi stands on the ruins of seven ancient cities, offering visitors a fascinating journey through time.

Drive to Jaipur – The Pink City

After breakfast, depart by surface for Jaipur. On arrival, check in at your hotel.

Widely celebrated as the “Pink City”, Jaipur was color-washed in pink to welcome Prince Albert, the consort of Queen Victoria, during his visit to India in 1883. Founded in 1727 A.D. by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, one of the greatest rulers of the time, Jaipur is a fascinating blend of history, culture, and architecture.

Surrounded by hills on three sides and crowned with formidable forts, majestic palaces, elegant mansions, and lush gardens, Jaipur is the only city in the world subdivided into nine rectangular sectors symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe. It is also renowned as India’s first planned city, designed according to Shilpa Shastra, the ancient Hindu treatise on architecture.

After breakfast, set out to discover the treasures of Jaipur. Begin with an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort, perched on a hill just outside the city. Ascend to the fort on a memorable elephant-back ride, taking in panoramic views along the way.

In the afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Jaipur’s landmarks. Visit the City Palace, a splendid blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture located in the heart of the city, and the nearby Central Museum. Explore Jantar Mantar, the largest of the five astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, and admire the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), built so royal ladies could observe processions unseen. All of these monuments lie within the historic City Palace Complex.

Later, enjoy free time to browse Jaipur’s bustling bazaars, famous for textiles, gems, carpets, and handicrafts—the perfect place to pick up authentic souvenirs.

While Ranthambore is best known for its tiger reserve, it offers far more than just wildlife. Surrounded by the rugged Vindhya and Aravalli hill ranges on the edge of the Thar Desert, it presents a striking mix of dry deciduous forest, rocky outcrops, and open meadows — a unique blend of desert land and fertile plains.

Once the private hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, Ranthambore was declared a game sanctuary in 1955, became a national park in 1980, and is now one of the most celebrated reserves under Project Tiger. It’s regarded as one of the world’s best places to photograph tigers in their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting jeep safari through Ranthambore National Park to spot tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and a wealth of birdlife.

Overnight stay at hotel in Ranthambore.

Begin your day early with an open-top canter or jeep safari (subject to availability) accompanied by a naturalist. Venture deep into the dense jungles of Ranthambore National Park for an unforgettable tiger-tracking experience and the chance to spot other diverse wildlife. The jungle safari lasts for about three hours. Return to your resort for a hearty breakfast.

Enjoy some time at leisure to relax and use the hotel’s facilities — perhaps take a refreshing dip in the pool or stroll through the wild surroundings — before checking out.

Later, drive to Agra, the city world-famous for the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Agra is a charming town with a comparatively slower pace and a rich Mughal legacy. Craftsmen here, descendants of those who once worked under the Mughal emperors, are renowned for their marble and soapstone inlay work, exquisite carpets, gold-thread embroidery, and leather shoes. Besides the Taj Mahal, Agra also boasts Agra Fort, Sikandra, Ram Bagh, and Itmad-Ud-Daulah. Just 35 km away lies the imperial city of Fatehpur Sikri, another gem of Mughal architecture.

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Taj Mahal, one of the most beautiful monuments among the Seven Wonders of the World. This architectural masterpiece is a stunning fusion of Persian, Islamic, and Indian styles, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Its shimmering white marble, intricate inlay work, and perfectly symmetrical gardens make it one of the most celebrated icons of eternal love.

Continue your tour with a visit to the imposing Agra Fort, designed and built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. Enclosed within massive red-sandstone walls, the fort houses elegant mosques and palaces such as the Pearl Mosque, Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Macchhi Bhawan, Nagina Masjid, Moti Masjid, Sheesh Mahal, and the Musamman Burj, from where Emperor Shah Jahan is said to have gazed upon the Taj Mahal during his final years of captivity under his son Aurangzeb.

For a unique experience, you may also visit Oswal Emporium, home to a remarkable miniature replica of the Taj Mahal that took artisans 10 years to complete.
