  I would say their service falls somewhere in between being very pushy and outright lying. I have heard this is somewhat normal in India so maybe it’s not overly surprising... read more but given all the positive reviews I would just advise exercising caution.

First, they made me write a review in front of them on my first day before I had context for how their service would work out. This is a likely big reason for all the 5 star reviews

The good: they are totally reliable and trustworthy for booking train tickets. If you don’t care about price and want everything booked for you day to day, this is probably a good service as well

The bad: on my first day in Delhi I was staying at Hindustan Hostel and despite waking up and being very clear that I wanted to go explore, they were very very insistent I stay and hear their pitch for an entire India itinerary. They served me breakfast and chai so not wanting to be rude I stayed for what turned out to be a 3 hour hard sell.

They casually quoted me an insanely high price that (after lots of questioning from me) turned out was expensive because it included a private driver and expensive excursions, as well as hotels and trains. I am a solo traveler so this just wasn't a good fit personally (a private driver..?) especially because I enjoy booking my own hotels and last minute trains etc. I really needed to insist on this despite their insistence that I needed their driver/hotels/transpo. If that was it I wouldn’t write a review, but the distasteful part was he pushed a the private driver by saying I was making a mistake and would be saving money because many of the monuments are difficult to access and are 40km outside of city centers - just not true. He also said trains would be very hard to book unless I booked them that day with him, and that the one I needed the next day only had one seat left - again, just not true.

Despite being tempted, I went with my instincts and didnt book anything but an initial train out of Delhi. This ended up being smart as it was an outright lie that monuments were far away or difficult to get to (of course, there’s massive industry set up locally to cheaply ferry tourists to every point of interest) and I never had a single issue booking a bus or train.

In summation - I’m not opposed to a bit of a hard sale I just wish they did it honestly rather than lying to vulnerable tourists about travel difficulty and in doing so upselling unnecessary services. Maybe this is a good service for a family or someone with deep pockets, but if you are somewhat savvy at booking your own trip I would steer clear

I opted for a private driver, now close friend, and I couldn't be happier. If you are trying to squeeze in a few weeks many sites, this is the best option to be flexible and enjoy what you visit, without running behind your scheduled trains/buses. Mannu, my friend and driver, has been a dear companion along this journey. He always made sure I felt comfortable and safe, allowed me to be flexible with my decisions and times, and provided me tips on what to do and what not. I always felt that if anything went wrong, he would be there to help and fix.

The trip was structured flexibly so that I could change a couple of destinations/accommodation along the travel.

To conclude, thanks to a well-thought plan, I had the chance to experience Rajasthan at its best, lighthearted.
