Until Agra we went by car with Sanjay, our driver, who we were very happy with! He showed us many nice places and always made us feel safe. Roadtrips are definitely the best way to get an authentic idea of the Indian land and culture! I recommend to inform yourself about the country in order to get the most out of your trip. The hotels are of course different than in our home Germany, but all in all okay. Especially the staff was really nice like all the Indians we met. I take many great experiences from this trip and am happy i came here!

Everything was so well organised from start to finish, completely hassle free, day guides were provided in some places - Raj was only a message away to always help and give great advice! Also Kamal recommended so many local places to visit and eat. Kamal was so reliable, friendly, trustworthy and really made our trip unforgettable - we only wish we had longer!!!

Whilst this tour may seem a little bit expensive and a bit above a backpackers budget, it was well worth it as it settled us in to India and we’d have never seen half the places on our own! 100% recommend.

We started the trip from Delhi to Jaipur with our private driver Ghoki. He explained a lot along the way, while driving us safely from place to place we wanted to visit.

He was even making exceptions and was taking us to places they were on our way, but not in our agenda and very much worth visiting them.

Ghoki took us to very local restaurants where the food was really good, but not so easy to explain the wish of ordering a vegan meal. Luckily Ghoki was there to save the day and order a very special meal for me/us.

The whole travel package was not very cheap, but in any means worth the money, especialy if you are visiting India for the first time.

  At the beginning of our 30-day trip, we booked an individual 10-day trip via Varanasi and Agra, to Jaipur and Jodphur. This included train tickets, entrance tickets, hostel, hotels, pick-up... read more service and a driver. The whole package seemed overpriced to us at first, but in retrospect was well worth it, saving us from many problems while giving us a super introduction to the country and culture. As backpackers, we were worried that we would fall into the tourist trap and lose some of the more authentic India experience - this was not the case and we have made many impressions and experiences through our terrific driver, which would otherwise have been denied to us.
We have enjoyed our trip so far and the comfort very much, had a lot of fun with our driver Manu and are absolutely satisfied with Vicky's support
